When I first got my internet at home (long times ago ) I had heard that in Internet you can talk live with people. And so I became familiar with some chat sites. I used to spend all the day long chatting with people. It was fun . I was 13 years old, maybe that’s why I was happy chatting. And I remember that I was an operator (got the @ sign) and i was able to kick/ban users from the main room of the biggest server of that time in my country (Albania). But times passes and as I see, people do not use this kind of websites anymore.

In my opinion, they’re now a waste of time… People now use Windows Live Messenger, and communicate with whom they want. One factor I think has made this website go deep deep down is Facebook. Believe it or not, people spend a lot of time in Facebook. When I say a lot, I mean it… A LOT OF TIME. Now people can chat with who they want, can see profiles, comments on picture etc.. and that’s what Facebook is for… Why do they need to chat with anonymous people in those old-fashioned Chat websites???

I was thinking about those chat websites, cuz I was looking at one of them… and thats why i wrote this article.
